Between 26th-28th of February, Youth Included, in collaboration with Peace Revolution, organized 5 workshops, focused on meditation, mindfulness and how these tools can make our lives richer and us happier.
The workshops reached about 100 participants, from various groups: young people searching for a balance of personal life and studies, employees looking to deal with stress, general public looking for a way to improve their health.
Workshops were facilitated by Daniel Matallana, a dancer, yoga teacher and a massage therapist by Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health. He has integrated these tools into inspiring workshops that have reached audiences in Latin America, Europe and Asia. Originally from Colombia, Daniel is currently based in the UK whilst finishing an MA in Dance Movement Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths, University of London.
