We know that our body and soul are intimately connected, and stress can greatly affect our physical and emotional well-being. In our masterclass, you will learn how the physical symptoms of stress and anxiety such as muscle tension, breathing problems and rapid heartbeat affect you.

In the masterclass we will explore the following important topics:

1️⃣ What does our body live through during stress?

2️⃣ I feel bad right now, what should I do? Body-centred techniques including reducing muscle tension, slowing down breathing and meditating on body sensations.

3️⃣ Conscious work with emotions: We will discuss the psychosomatic phenomena associated with stress and anxiety and learn how they can be effectively managed.
