Masopust is a traditional carnival celebrating the arrival of spring, fertility, fecundity of animals, human joy, unity and farewell to winter. Masquerade processions, feasts, dancing and singing in the streets are a permanent part of the carnival festivities in Prague.

The non-profit group Youth Included, in collaboration with Prague 14, is striving to support refugees as they adjust and improve their well-being in the Czech Republic. They provide a range of initiatives, such as free education and training programs, to boost the confidence of refugees and assist them in finding employment, allowing them to integrate into the Czech society.
On the Prague 14 grounds, a number of musical performances and cultural gatherings took place. These gatherings are primarily intended to provide cultural settings for interactions between newly arrived Ukrainian refugees, immigrants who arrived in the Czech Republic before the start of the war, and Czechs. The language barrier is bridged by the way that music and art unite people and put them on the same wavelength.
The city district of Prague 14, in cooperation with the non-profit organization Youth Included, is taking steps to help refugees affected by the conflict in Ukraine to realize their potential and fulfill themselves in the Czech Republic.
Youth Included, with support from Prague 14 and the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, has established the Loving Moms Club to help women with children from other countries in adapting to life in the Czech Republic.
