The loss of a significant person is one of life's most difficult experiences. Each person experiences loss differently, and there is no universal way to "get it right". But there are approaches that can help ease the pain and gradually move forward.
At our training we will cover the following topics:
- Understanding what is happening to me: Making sense of the bereavement process and the different forms it can take.
- Physical and psychological aspects of grief: Dealing with how the profound loss of a significant person affects our body and mind.
- Finding a way out and first steps: Exploring different methods and tools to ease the pain of loss.
- Social Support and Therapy: The importance of support from loved ones and professionals in the grieving process.
- Return to normal life: Ways to gradually regain interest in life and return to activity.
By taking part in the training you will be able to:
- Learn to understand, express and process your feelings in a safe and supportive environment.
We invite you to join our training to find support, understanding and the most important self in one of the most difficult periods of any person's life.
Training facilitator: Igor Dragun
The sessions will be organised with the support of the City of Prague 14 and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic.
