Свобода проявления — это способность проявлять свою уникальность, показывать свой внутренний мир, излучать вовне лучшее, на что человек способен в данный момент.

 

Программа тренинга сочетает в себе техники актерского мастерства, йогические практики и игровую импровизацию.

 

После тренинга вы сможете:

• стать более уверенным и раскрепощенным

• научиться выходить за рамки привычного

• обнаружить в себе новые харизматичные грани

• погрузиться в атмосферу творчества и принятия

• научиться отпускать контроль и наслаждаться неизвестностью

 

Лектора:

Александра (inst. sash_fe) и Арсений (inst. volosenja) - выпускники школы импровизации, глубоко изучающие тему свободного проявления с самых разных сторон.

Freedom of manifestation is the ability to show your uniqueness, show your inner world and radiate outwards the best that a person is capable of at this moment.

The training program combines the techniques of acting, yogic practices and improvisation.

After the training you will be able to:

- become more confident and liberated

- Learn to go beyond the ordinary

- discover new charismatic facets

- immerse yourself in an atmosphere of creativity and acceptance

- learn to let go of control and enjoy the unknown

Lecturers:

Alexandra (inst. sash_fe) and Arseniy (inst. volosenja) are graduates of the school of improvisation, who deeply explore the topic of free expression from many different angles.
