How to apply for an IT job? (The successful strategy on passing interviews)
Ok, you were invited for an interview… Or for a series of interviews? Even was asked to make a test assignment? This is when the most crucial part of the hiring process happens – during the following time it will depend solely on you if you will be hired over other specialist selected for an interview.
The purpose of the interview is to test the soft skills of the candidate and showcast if the corporate culture has a right fit with both of the employer and a candidate. Most of the people are naturally afraid of being interviewed for a job for a simple reason of not having a solid strategy. As a result, a specialist who has presented him/herself in the better light gets the job and for most of the time this person is not “the best” candidate at the end. How to reassure an interviewer that you are the best option?
The secret is to start building your future working relationship already at the interview. At this session, we will learn how to present yourself at the interview effectively in the best possible way, how to present your achievements plausibly and earnestly, and how to dominate the interview and be sure you will be hired.
