Czech literature. Excursion to the Kafka Museum. A practical lesson in compiling travel notes.

As part of the Power of Culture project, we invite you to a tour dedicated to Czech literature and Franz Kafka. We will visit the museum of the writer, learn more about his life and work, and also take a walk in the Lesser Town area, where the writer lived.
The unique space of the Herget Brickworks in the Lesser Town on the bank of the Vltava River is home to a museum which exhibitions offers insight into the world of Prague-born Franz Kafka (1883–1924), one of the most important figures in 20th century world literature. The exhibition features most of the first editions of Kafka's works, correspondence, diaries, manuscripts, photographs and drawings that have never been displayed before.

Networking and education
The project is supported by European Solidarity Corps, which offer young people the opportunity to help those in need, to take part in solving societal problems and to work for a more inclusive society. At the same time, it offers the opportunity to gain new skills and work experience, which will improve their position in the labour market.
