It houses the Jan and Meda Mládek Collection, which contains works by the pioneer of abstract art František Kupka and the Czech Cubist sculptor Otto Gutfreund, as well as the works of prominent artists of the 20th century from the Eastern bloc. The mission of Museum Kampa is to give witness to the difficult times in which said art originated and which should not be forgotten.

Networking and education
The project is supported by European Solidarity Corps, which offer young people the opportunity to help those in need, to take part in solving societal problems and to work for a more inclusive society. At the same time, it offers the opportunity to gain new skills and work experience, which will improve their position in the labour market.
